Katrina Kaif may be mighty right when she says that money is important when you don't have it. She grew up in not so rich a family and has responsibilities to take care of. She has this time made to the top of the 100 rich Indian's list released by Forbes Magazine. She feels that financial security is paramount in one's life when you have others to look after.

Talking to reporters, Katrina says even now when she is earning very well, she does not over spend. `I do not buy over-priced clothes and dresses, I don't squander money on unnecessary things like watches and jewellery.

Katrina is not amused to see actresses earning more than her or getting more films than she does. Here she says money does not matter but the quality of your work shall speak. There should be healthy competition which is necessary to keep one pushing further and harder. That is the way of life.
