Javed Akhtar and Honey Irani's daughter Zoya Akhtar decided to turn director last year, with Luck By Chance, a script that took a satirical and scathing swipe at the quirks of the film industry.

An indecisive Saif Ali Khan gave his nod to the film, and later backed out, leaving the coast clear for a total re-casting, which included Tabu.

But now, Zoya has decided to put Luck By Chance on the backburner. "Not that I'm not making it.

I'm definitely going to pull it out at some point; but not right now. I've written another script, which I'm going to make with Hrithik Roshan in the lead. Since the film rolls from October 2006, I have a lot of time to prep it up."

The untitled film will be produced by Zoya's brother, Farhan Akhtar and his friend, Ritesh Sidhwani.

"All I can say at this point is, this film will be nothing like Luck By Chance. I am happy to work with Hrithik; my brother had a great time working with him in Lakshya, and I'm sure I will too," says Zoya.
