Kangna Ranaut's film 'Queen', which has received good reviews from all quarters, will be screened at the upcoming Melbourne film festival and the actress, in order attend the film's screening in Australia, has now postponed her success party.
A source says, "Kangna's latest film, 'Revolver Rani', has been widely appreciated by critics. She wanted to celebrate the same by throwing a lavish party at her residence where she'd planned to invite her friends from the industry. But now that her other film, 'Queen', is being screened at the Melbourne film festival, Kangna has postponed the party."
However, the source adds that Kangna put together a small, intimate dinner for a few friends before leaving for Melbourne. "She hosted a dinner for the cast and crew of 'Revolver Rani'. Once she is back from her Australia trip, she will host a big party to mark the film's encouraging reception," says the source.
Kangna confirmed the news. "Yes, I hosted a small dinner for the crew. We have got some good reviews. I feel that celebrations help acknowledge a team's achievement thereby boosting its morale," she said.
