With the success of Main Tera Hero, actor Varun Dhawan is on a new high these days. Now it has emerged that the actor is taking the Salman Khan route by signing on a film helmed by his director brother, Rohit Dhawan.
Says a source, "Varun has been getting many film offers now, but he's being very picky about what films he signs on. He wants to work with good scripts and recently, he signed a film with his filmmaker brother, Rohit Dhawan, who directed the film, Desi Boyz."
Another source close to the actor confirms that the actor has agreed to do Rohit's film. "Right now, Varun is busy shooting for ABCD 2 and Badlapur. But yes, it's true that he has green-lighted Rohit's project. The brothers have been discussing this film for a long time now and it should go on the floors by the end of the year.
The film will have two lead actors in it and Varun is one of them, while the other actor has not yet been finalised," says the source. Both Varun and Rohit remained unavailable for comment.
