Alleged lovebirds Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif apparently zeroed in on a plush duplex apartment on Hill Road

Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor have wanted to buy a property in Bandra for quite some time. If sources are to be believed, their search is now over. The couple has apparently finalised a duplex flat on Hill Road that is supposedly worth a whopping Rs 20 crore.

Sources say that they initially found it difficult to decide on a place, but have now zeroed in on a duplex of their liking. It is also being said that the couple plans to move in soon.

A source close to the couple says, "Their place takes up the fourth, fifth and sixth floors of the bulding. Katrina and Ranbir loved the property at first sight. They are currently busy shooting for their respective films, but they will soon complete all the formalities."

It may be pointed out that Katrina is said to have shopped for kitchenware and other home artifacts from South Africa when the couple was shooting for Anurag Basu's 'Jagga Jasoos'. They apparently went on a shopping spree and returned to India with a bagful of goodies.


The couple will now join the likes of Salman Khan, Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, who also live in Bandra. Ranbir Kapoor, who has been living with his parents, will now get to move in with his long-time girl friend, Katrina. Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor were unavailable for comment.
