Farhan Akhtar has been travelling extensively with his band Farhan Live and has been performing in various cities in India as well as internationally.

The multi-talented personality recently visited IIT Kharagpur for a concert.

At the event Farhan also enjoyed an interactive session with the students of IIT Kharagpur.

It was very impressive as a lot of relevant questions were asked.

Farhan briefly spoke to them about his MARD campaign, about safety and equality of women and the role men play in it.

At the end of the session a lot of the students came forward and signed up for the MARD campaign which was a great sign of change in the society.

After the session Farhan tweeted - #MARD ambassadors at IIT Kharagpur. More power to their generation. They are the Change. @HeforShe @unwomenindia

He is also a part of the HeforShe campaign.

Everywhere that Farhan travels for his concerts, he spreads awareness about MARD.
