Age: 18

I recently graduated form High school and have won the Lava Merit Scholarship to the prestigious Duquesne University. I enjoy public speaking and acting and firmly believe that ‘your attitude determines your altitude’. I would love to pursue a career in Broadcasting. I work as an active mentor to both handicapped and troubled children with our Youth Mentoring Program.

I also work on the paediatric ward at the local hospital. I play volleyball and softball, I sing in Spanish and play the Conga Drums. My ambition is to open a children’s rehabilitation centre where abused, exploited and neglected children can find the refuge, comfort and the chance in life they deserve.
