Daniela Tambasco Marfetan

Daniela was born and grew up in Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay. It is a country of natural beauty, mountains, amazing beaches and warm hearted people. Having completed her high school education daniela is currently working as an executive secretary, it is her ambition to become a renowned trade business woman. Hobbies and sporting interests are: singing, listening to techno music, drawing, swimming, going to the gym and keeping fit, plus looking after her two dogs, two cats and two parrots. Favourite food: grilled chicken with mushroom sauce. Her personal motto would be “be yourself”.

Persevering, caring, self sufficient person

Do you have a special or unusual talent? (what is it?)
To sing

Where would you most like to visit in the world and why?
Bora bora island, for I have been told that it is paradise on earth.

What is the best thing about your country?
The best thing about my country is its people, obviously. But I can also remark the interest of everybody in preserving natural resources. We are aware of ecological issues. The slogan of my country, for the promotion of tourism is: ‘uruguay, a natural country’.

If you were granted one wish, what would it be?
Fulfil all my goals in life, which include to work on what I enjoy, to travel around the world, and to do something to eradicate hunger in the world.

If you were stuck on a desert island with one other person (famous or not) whom would you choose?
With my girl best friend.

What is your message to all the other miss world contestants?
Enjoy the experience for it is unique, and learn as mush as you can from everything and everybody. All of you are winners for being in this contest.
