What are your interests and what do you enjoy doing the most?
My interest is to accomplish my goal and dream of becoming a pediatrician, where the greatest gift I could give to my country would be helping its children have a better quality life. I also enjoy exercising and going to my ballet, jazz and tap lessons. Most of all, I enjoy coming home from a very busy day, having a cup of coffee with my family and sharing special moments full of laughter and good advice.

Name one person other than your parents who has had the most influence on your life. Why?
A very important person in my life is my grandmother. She has been my guide in many ways, especially in showing me God's lessons and advice when I need it. She has always been present in the most important moments of my life. I thank God for having such a loving person, other than my parents, who I can reach in good and hard times.

What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
My career ambition is to become a pediatrician. I love children and it is very important to me to try and improve their quality of life, put smiles on their faces as well as make their families feel safe and calm about their children's health. I will accomplish this ambition through effort, strength, perseverance, and love, always having an open mind and thirst for knowledge.

Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like.
I was raised in a rural town called Ciudad Colón, about 30 minutes from a metropolitan area. It is a very peaceful place that keeps Costa Rica's traditions. Childhood was a nice and loving period in my life when I shared happy moments whith my parents, sister and brother. It's the chapter in my life where my parents' education of me started building the person I am today.

What makes you unique and different from the other contestants?
I think my personality as well as my values and principles in life make me a unique person. I feel those attributes give me spiritual beauty, which is the essence of every person, and an intellectual capacity that makes me feel complete.
