What are your interests and what do you enjoy doing the most?
I like to dance, write poetry, swim, play music, and paint. I also enjoy learning new languages. I like to surf the Internet and read books. My favourite author is Paulo Coelho.
Name one person other than your parents who has had the most influence on your life. Why?
My grandmother (the mother of my mother). When my father died, my mom had to work hard, so I spent a long time with my grandparents.
What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
As I'm studying translation and will graduate soon, I'll pursue my studies in interpretation and, hopefully, work in the UN as an interpreter.
Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like.
I was born in Beirut during war time. My father was killed when I was 4 years old. I have one sister who's 3 years younger than me. My mother works 2 jobs. She's a music teacher and works at a leading newspaper. I used to do many activities as a child.
What makes you unique and different from the other contestants?
I think that as a Lebanese, what makes me different from the other contestants is the polyvalent culture I received from my country and the many languages I know.
