What are your interests and what do you enjoy doing the most?
My interests include modeling, designing, acting, dancing, reading, horseback riding, boating and volunteering. I enjoy all of my extra-curricular activities, but spending time with animals, modeling and designing are the things I enjoy the most.

Name one person other than your parents who has had the most influence on your life. Why?
My best friend Camile has had a tremendous amount of influence on my life. As a former model and world traveler, she has been, is presently, and will continue to live the life I am working towards. She offers guidance and support in my journey of attaining my dreams.

What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
I have several career ambitions in one. I aspire to become the Caribbean version of Kate Moss; a beauty who is not quite the standard model height but who nonetheless dominates the pages of magazines, runways and billboards. Currently, I design bathing suits and junior wear that I hope will be sold in my own boutique. My third aspiration is to manage my own modeling agency here in the Caribbean, supplying all regional companies with ads, editorials, commercials and billboards.

Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like.
I was raised in an absolute paradise, the US Virgin Islands. Imagine listening to the breaking waves of the ocean while falling asleep in the hammock on the breezy northside of St. Thomas. I was very much a tomboy princess. I loved fishing, camping, diving, and horseback riding and equally enjoyed dressing up, putting on makeup, talking on the phone and shopping. I participated in many sports, Girl Scouts, dance, karate, and modeling.

What makes you unique and different from the other contestants?
My Caribbean hospitality, my ability to be a creative and fast thinker and my determination to bring animal rights organizations to the forefront if crowned Miss Universe.
