Prior to being Miss Kenya, I sensitized the youth in tree planting projects. Now with my title, to advocate to the people of Kenya to be environmentallyl conscious, by reforestation, planting dry land species in arid and semi arid areas, can be a start to reduce the effects of air pollution, flash flooding and ozone depletion. To promote the awareness that we can still conserve our Mother Earth and also reap benefits from it, can be a start to stop forest destruction and illegal hunting.
What makes you proud of your country:
What makes me proud of my country and I would like to promote is the diversity of sightseeing, the mixture of races and cultures which enriches our society. The wide range of places to visit like glaciers, beaches, deserts, mountains, forests, valleys and the ancient monuments and antiquities are the attractions which make foreigners enjoy our country.
