Katherine Ann Crouch

What is your hometown like?
Rexburg, Idaho, is a small town full of friendly people who genuinely care for each other. It has farmland, mountain scenery and the most beautiful sunsets in the world.

What were you like when you were a child?
Growing up with six brothers definitely gave me a competitive flare. But, when it came to dancing, shopping, hair and nails, I was all girl.

Who is the most influential person in your life?
My mom is the most influential person in my life. She has been my cheerleader and support in every phase of life. I love her more than words can explain.

What is one thing about you that people you meet may not immediately realize?
I laugh in three stages. Stage one is audible, stage two sounds like hiccups, stage three is silent, and my body is shaking violently.

What was one defining moment in your life?
One defining moment in my life was when my aunt died of breast cancer. It made me re-evaluate my life, realize where my true priorities are and appreciate the many blessings I enjoy.

What was one defining moment in your life?
Before beginning a pageant, I must know who I am, what I stand for and that I have individual worth. If I am not good enough without the crown, I will never be good enough with the crown.

What was one defining moment in your life?
I hope to educate America's youth about the growing drug problem. I want to teach children how to say no by giving them an anti-drug message.
