What are your interests and what do you enjoy doing the most?
Traveling, baking, passion for animals, drawing, practicing yoga.
What is your career ambition?
I want to be a host for nature documentaries as I have always been fascinated with animals in the wild. I also have plans as Miss Singapore to start an "Adopt-a-Tree" program for children in schools to nurture children at a young age to care for their environment.
Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like.
I was raised in the very same home I live in presently. In my childhood, I used to climb trees and walk through drains with my group of friends who were my neighbours. I was a tomboy who loved to play with insects and run through the mud when it rained. It was a lovely and interesting childhood as I was not limited to Barbie dolls or My Little Pony toys. It definitely contributed to the woman I am now.
What do you want the judges to know about you?
When I was a young child, I was overweight; I was never the belle of the school. Because I am a passionate and determined person, I managed to change how I looked to make myself a happier person. Never did I dream that I would be standing right here representing Singapore in Miss Universe. I would love to use my personal experiences to motivate others to improve their situations. I feel that it is very important that we are confident inside and out.
