Laura Godoy Calle grew up in Guatemala City always surrounded by nature and her big family of cousins. She eventually graduated from Catholic School as an
Elementary Teacher. Her biggest passions revolve around nutrition and studying people's health. One day, Laura dreams of establishing a Center for Recovery and Nutritional Education.
In Her Own Words:
I had a happy childhood because I always had the support of my parents, brother and sister, with whom I have lived a lot of exciting experiences as we have learned that family comes first.
Facts:
Laura has been playing volleyball since she was eight years old and even played for Guatemala's national team.
One time Laura and her family climbed a volcano, and realized it was active once their shoes started melting.
Laura's most unusual job was being a parade decorator with her family.
