Jade Marisa Fulford
Jade is in her final year as a student of the University of the West Indies in Jamaica pursing a degree in International Relations. She chose this career path based on her interest in life, and having a passion for travelling and learning about the different cultures and languages of other nations.
In 2002 she travelled to the Colombian city of Barranguilla on an exchange programme to study Spanish and the city’s culture. This experience proved both productive and exciting, her plan is to return to another South American country for a year after she has completed her studies. Jade has been named as one of the top 20 students in the International Relations programme, her ultimate ambition is to become an Ambassador for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In her spare time Jade enjoys swimming, dancing, cooking, creative and modern dance.
