Name one person, other than your parents, who has had the most influence on your life. Why?
That person is my maternal grandmother. She is an incredible woman. She has single-handedly raised 13 of her own kids and then helped raise 7 grandkids, including me. Watching her I understood what it meant to be a woman and how to be dignified and strong in the face of adversity.

What is the most interesting or unique thing that has ever happened to you (aside from winning your title) and/or what is the most interesting thing about you?
The most interesting thing about me is that I write and compose songs and the music to accompany each piece. One day I would love to hear a song I wrote on the radio. It will be the ultimate experience in sharing a part of myself with so many people. Hopefully it will touch someone and help them through a hard time or help them take a chance and have fun.

What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
To own and manage my own insurance brokerage firm. To achieve this goal, I am currently working in the industry and I am studying for my diploma of insurance, which is equivalent to the BSC degree.

List any interesting or unsual jobs you may have had.
I have not had any unusual jobs yet as I am only 19 and this job in the insurance industry is my first one. I am young, so who knows what life will bring?

Describe your childhood home and living conditions. Were you raised with a large family with lots of brothers and sisters?
I was raised in the suburbs along the west coast of Barbados. I was raised in a home with my grandmother, my mother, my brother and sister, as well as four of my mother's siblings. It was great. I was always surrounded by family and love.

What one word describes you best?
Adventurous.
