What is the craziest thing you have ever done?
On a dare, I walked through the hog barn at the Iowa State Fair wearing no shoes. It might not sound that crazy, but imagine the biggest barn you have ever seen completely filled with hogs from across the state. Not too hygienic.

Annual Aegon toy drive for underprivileged children and families. 10 Hrs.
The Neighborhood Centers of Johnson County, Iowa City. 10 Hrs.
The University of Iowa Dance Marathon to raise money for children with cancer. 36 Hrs.
Altoona Elementary Literacy Programs 20 Hrs. - Ongoing Project.

What would be your "dream job" in life?
Any job that excites me or challenges my mind.

Name one personal accomplishment (in addition to being a State Titleholder) that makes you especially proud.
I was ranked first academically through all four years of high school, and I graduated as Valedictorian of my class of 300 students.
I never received less than an A in elementary and junior high, so this goal continued as I entered high school. I am proud to have taught myself at a young age the importance of setting goals and attaining them.

What are your hobbies and favorite activities?
Reading, Painting of any sort, Crocheting, Spending time with family pets, Coaching or teaching children.
