Miss Belize. It is a full-time job and I treat it as such.

Interests: I enjoy reading, traveling, current world affairs and corporate mismanagement issues and observing and interacting with people. I like some reality shows like "Fear Factor", "The Amazing Race" and "The Apprentice". I like hiking, movies and keeping up with fashion trends. I started modeling seriously just under a year ago and absolutely love it.

Name one person, other than your parents, who has had the most influence on your life. Why?
I would like to say it is my sister but this honor goes to one of my childhood schoolmates who grew up not knowing the love of her parents. The many ups and downs that her life took over the years would knock the average person down and keep them down. However, she always manages to whistle in the dark, so to speak, to keep her spirits up. Her life has literally become a testament to the power and will of the human spirit to triumph over adversity. Her life is a constant reminder that with all God has given me, I should have no need to complain but appreciate and help others where I can.

What is the most interesting or unique thing that has ever happened to you (aside from winning your title) and/or what is the most interesting thing about you?
As a child, I sat down with my parents for dinner at the Governor General's home in Belize for the reception of the Queen of England. I was wondering what contest she had to win in order to win that crown. What innocence! Mom said I asked her, "If I was Miss Belize, would my picture go on our money too?" I've had the pleasure of visiting Buckingham Palace twice and each time was as special as the first. I could quickly see the many resemblences in our culture to theirs and why we said things a certain way. It was a pleasure to visit the motherland. The most interesting thing about me is my height. I can safely pass someone and catch them looking back at me and hear them commenting, wondering if I am a model. This also happens to be the question I am asked most often, especially if I'm in heels.

What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal?
My immediate career ambition is to be hired as the next Miss Universe, making me my country's first winner. I would use it to expand my platform of helping the needy and at the same time fulfill the mission of Miss Universe. My ultimate career ambition is to be hired an International Correspondent at CNN or the International Public Relations Specialist for Trump Enterprises. I am not just say that. I am very serious about pursuing this ambition. To achieve this goal, I am in my final semester at Fort Valley State University in Georgia finishing my BA in this field. I am applying to USC in California to pursue my Masters in Communications and Public Relations and keeping my myself abreast of everything relevant to CNN and Trump Enterprises.

Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like.
I was born in Belize City in a modest neighborhood but well-kept family home. I have three brothers and one sister, of which I am the youngest. My father was a politician and a Criminal Defense Attorney. My mother was a Cosmetologist. Her salon was in the lower flat of our home, so our home was always filled with clients, public service people, family and friends. Home was a lively place to be but also one to relax and enjoy. Belize is a beautiful tropical country so receiving a doll house as a Christmas Gift was a treat. I had one that was equipped with electricity, air conditioning, running water, a patio, furniture and china plates. It made me happy to have a place of my own to share with my friends. Dad was always busy sharing himself with us and his community. I grew up in a home where my dad was a walking comedian and most times he didn't even know it. I was taught from an early age the importance of giving back to the community, sharing with each other, the value of a good education and how to enjoy life.

List any interesting or unsual jobs you may have had.
Intern at Disney World in Orlando.

What is your most unusual talent?
I'm not sure if this qualifies as a talent but I can sit and listen to people for hours on end and not get bored. I have learned that everyone has a story if you lend an ear.
