A love story with desi tadhka! A lover boy who was commitment phobic. According to the grapevine the actor had given a nod to the film. He had also gone on the sets for the shoot as well, but something inside him made him step back. However, as a result Sushant got lucky and since for him there is no looking back for Sushant.

Well we don't know what was on Shahid's mind when he rejected Mira Nair's International film 'The Reluctant Fundamentalist'. The film was about a Pakistani native, who finds that his American Dream has collapsed in the wake of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. And not to forget he was offered a role opposite Kate Hudson! Well who does that? Seems like a loss to Shahid as the film went on to win many awards.

Bang Bang!
Bang Bang! According to the buzz Fox Studio production were keen on casting Shahid for Bang Bang because his looks were quite similar to that of Tom Cruise, who was the main lead in the original flick 'Knight and Day'. But apparently Shahid was not happy with the comparison so he opted not to be a part of the film. Seems like a big loss yet again, as Bang Bang went on to be one of the highest grossing films of the year!
