Indian Chapati(Roti) Recipe
Ingredients:
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 cup wheat Flour
- Water for kneading
Method:
- Place the flour in a mixing bowl, add salt to it now and start kneading, add more water for kneading if necessary.
- Now make even sized balls and roll them into a round shape.
- Heat the tava/pan and place the chapathi over it and fry both sides till done.
- Spread some ghee over them once off heat.
Tip: When making chapatis, place an inverted ladle or spoon in the bottom of the box or plate you are storing them. This will prevent the chapati at the bottom from getting soggy.
