Indian Chapati(Roti) Recipe


Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 cup wheat Flour
  • Water for kneading

Method:

  1. Place the flour in a mixing bowl, add salt to it now and start kneading, add more water for kneading if necessary.
  2. Now make even sized balls and roll them into a round shape.
  3. Heat the tava/pan and place the chapathi over it and fry both sides till done.
  4. Spread some ghee over them once off heat.


Tip: To make a good dough for paranthas, just add mixture of curd and milk while making the dough instead of water, along with oil. The paranthas will be smooth and crispy.
