Ingredients:
- 1 Tin Condensed Milk
- ½ kg Paneer
- 1 Silver leaf
- 3-4 Cardamom, powdered
- 2 tbsp full Cream Milk powder
Method:
- Mash paneer coarsely and add milk powder to it.
- Add condensed milk and mix. Heat the mixture in a thick-bottomed pan.
- Cook on medium heat with constant stirring till the mixture becomes thick.
- Remove from the fire and spread onto a greased plate.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder.
- Top with silver leaf. Cool and cut into squares.
Tip: Place a piece of plastic wrap on the surface of cooked pudding filling immediately after pouring to prevent a skin from forming.
