Caramel Pudding Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 10 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence

Method:

  1. Beat the the eggs, pour milk in it.
  2. Add 6 tablespoons of sugar in the mixture and beat it for 2 minutes. Add Vanilla essence in it.
  3. Take a corning bowl and sprinkle the balance 4 tablespoons of sugar on it.
  4. Heat the sugar in the the bowl till it get caramalised (till brown).
  5. Pour the mixture on top of it and put it in in a pre-heated oven(250 degree) for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Keep checking and remove it when it gets set. Then turn it upside down in a serving plate and serve it hot or cold as per taste and weather conditions.


Tip: To keep sweets especially Burfis as fresh as ever: Store then in a stainless Steel airtight container and put a wet muslin cloth over them.
