Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 2 cup Milk
- 10 tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla Essence
Method:
- Beat the the eggs, pour milk in it.
- Add 6 tablespoons of sugar in the mixture and beat it for 2 minutes. Add Vanilla essence in it.
- Take a corning bowl and sprinkle the balance 4 tablespoons of sugar on it.
- Heat the sugar in the the bowl till it get caramalised (till brown).
- Pour the mixture on top of it and put it in in a pre-heated oven(250 degree) for 20-25 minutes.
- Keep checking and remove it when it gets set. Then turn it upside down in a serving plate and serve it hot or cold as per taste and weather conditions.
Tip: To keep sweets especially Burfis as fresh as ever: Store then in a stainless Steel airtight container and put a wet muslin cloth over them.
