Energising Smoothie Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Ice-cubes
  • 2 tbpsp Curd
  • 2-3 Bananas, chopped
  • 3-4 Pineapple rings canned in juice

Method:

  1. Place the curd, bananas, pineapple, and ice-cubes in a blender.
  2. Switch on for about 20 seconds, or until you can see that everything is well and truly squished.
  3. Pour the smoothies into glasses and serve immediately. Decorate with fruit, straws.


Tip: When adding liquids and ice to crystal, place a silver spoon in glass to minimize temperature change on glass. Remove spoon after filling.
