Ingredients:
- ½ tsp salt
- 40 gm Ghee
- 150 ml Curd
- 200 ml Water
- 150 ml Cream
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 1" piece of Ginger
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Ground
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 450 gm Meat, cubed
- 175 gm Onion, sliced
- ½ tsp Nutmeg Ground
- 2 flakes Garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 25 gm Almonds Ground
- Toasted Almonds, to garnish
Method:

Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onion until just beginning to brown.
- Add the meat and cook until browned.
- Add the garlic, ginger, curd, turmeric, coriander, cumin, nutmeg, chilli powder and water and bring to the boil.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender. Stir in the cream, almonds, salt and garam masala.
- Heat through gently and serve garnished with the toasted almonds.
Tip: It's easier to slice meat and chicken thinly if they are partially frozen. Wrap the meat or chicken in plastic wrap and freeze for 15 minutes.
