Ingredients:
- Butter
- 125 ml Orange juice
- 50 gm crushed Cornflakes
- 250 gm boneless Fish, skinned
- 40 gm Cheddar Cheese, grated
Method:
- Put the fish fillets into a dish suitable for use in a microwave.
- Pour over the orange juice and cover with the grated cheddar and crushed cornflakes.
- Dot with a little butter. Cover, leaving an air vent, and cook on full power for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
