Ingredients:
- 2 Egg whites
- A little Sugar
- 25 drops Pernod
- 90 ml Lemon juice
- 360 ml Canadian Whiskey
Method:
- Shake well with cracked ice.
- Strain into sour glass.
- A splash of club soda may be added if desired.
- Decorate with ½ slice lemon or orange and a cherry.
Tip: While pouring two or more blended drinks, pour a little at a time into each glass to endure all the glasses have the same proportion of froth and other ingredients.
