Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Water
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- 2 tsp Castor Sugar
- 90 ml Bourbon Whiskey
Method:
- Dissolve the sugar in water in a tumbler.
- Fill the glass two-thirds full with crushed ice.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir well.
- Decorate the rim of the glass with slices of fruits in season.
Tip: Some think that this is the main problem for hangovers. There is little evidence to support this view. There is however some that suggests not to mix drinks made from the grape and the grain, ie don't drink wine and whisky.
