Ingredients:
- 1 Sugar lump
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 90 ml Canadian Whiskey
Method:
- Soak the sugar lump with the bitters in a small tumbler.
- Crush the sugar with the back of a spoon.
- Add a lump of ice, a twist of lemon peel and a slice of orange.
- Pour on the wiskey and stir well.
Tip: To counter alcohol's diuretic effect drink plenty of non alcoholic fluids, water or fruit juices. Do not drink coffee as that is also a diuretic.
