Chicken Pecan Salad Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 4 Apples
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • ½ cup Cream(soured)
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup fat free Mayonnaise
  • 200 gm Chicken breast, boiled or baked

Method:

  1. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
  2. Combine ingredients, add pecans just prior to serving.
  3. Serve on bed of lettuce and garnish with avocado.


Tip: To make thick gravy for chicken grate the onions, squeeze out their juice. Fry the onions and the masala. Add the juice as stock, after the onions are brown.
