Ingredients:
- 1 cup Oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Flour
- 1 tbsp Water
- ½ tsp Tumeric
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1½ tsp minced Garlic
- 10-12 Chicken wings
- 1½ tsp minced Ginger
Method:
- Remove wing tips. Cut each wing in half at the joint.
- In a mixing bowl combine the wings and other ingredients except the oil. Mix, cover and refrigerate 3 hrs.
- In a large, deep pan heat the oil, add wings and fry until golden brown on both sides- 12 min total.
Tip: Freeze chicken bones to use in soups or stocks.
