Ingredients:
- 4½ cups Milk
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 3 tbsp cold Milk
- ½ cup unsweetened Cocoa powder
Method:
- In a medium saucepan, bring milk to a boil.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cocoa powder and sugar.
- Add the cold milk to form a paste.
- Whisk the paste into the boiling milk until it mixes and serve.
Serves 4
Tip: When making your tea, only use freshly drawn water. When water is re-boiled it loses oxygen which prevents the full flavour of the tea being released.
