Hot Chocolate Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2½ cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • Whipped Cream
  • 2½ cup Light Cream
  • Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
  • 6 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa

Method:

  1. Mix cocoa, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add milk. Heat to dissolve.
  3. Add light cream, cinnamon, vanilla. Heat to just under boiling.
  4. Mix very well and pour into warm mug.
  5. Top with whipped cream, and cocoa powder.


Tip: Don't make coffee with boiling water as the perfect temperature is at 2 degrees below boiling point. Boiling water also depletes the oxygen from the water.
