Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 cups Milk, chilled
- 1 cup diced fresh Mango
- 1 tsp Garden Rose petals
- ½ cup chilled Orange juice
Method:
- Combine diced mango, orange juice & honey in food processor. Blend for 1½ minutes. Keep aside.
- Pour milk into processor & process till it has expanded & become frothy.
- Add the mango puree to the milk and process for about 1 minute.
- Pour into glasses with some ice cubes. Garnish with the rose petals if desired.
Tip: The secret for making cold punches is to chill all ingredients before combining them.
