Ingredients:
- 150 gm Ghee
- 100 gm Sugar
- ½ Kg Sweet Potatoes
- 1 tsp green Cardamom powder
- 50 gm Almonds, soaked in hot water
Method:
- Cook the sweet potatoes in a pressure cooker for about 10 mins.
- Heat the ghee in a pan, then add mashed sweet potaoes and stir for 7-8 minutes.
- Now add sugar. Keep stirring for 4-5 minutes.
- Garnish with cardamom powder and chopped almonds.
Tip: Ants in the Sugar? Place 3-4 cloves in with the sugar. This will keep the ants from entering.
