Ingredients:
- 3 cups Milk
- Kesar strands
- ½ cup Sabudana
- Cardamom powder
- Cashewnuts, Almonds
- Sugar, as per requirement
Method:
- Wash sabudana. Drain and set aside for 5-6 hours.
- Boil milk. Add sabudana and heat again till sabudana is cooked and turns soft.
- Now add sugar and heat for some time or till the sugar dissolves completely.
- Flavor with kesar and cardamom powder.
- Garnish with almonds, cashewnuts and serve hot or chilled.
Tip: To keep sweets especially Burfis as fresh as ever: Store then in a stainless Steel airtight container and put a wet muslin cloth over them.
