Shirley Temple Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Soda water to top up
  • 250 ml Passion fruit juice
  • 300 ml Pineapple or Lime juice

Method:

  1. Blend the juice with ice in a blender until creamy.
  2. Pour into highball glass. Top up with soda water.


Tip: Dry Ice (frozen CO2 not very cold water ice) is fun to use sometimes, but don't use it with carbonated beverages.
