Ingredients:
- Soda water to top up
- 250 ml Passion fruit juice
- 300 ml Pineapple or Lime juice
Method:
- Blend the juice with ice in a blender until creamy.
- Pour into highball glass. Top up with soda water.
Tip: Dry Ice (frozen CO2 not very cold water ice) is fun to use sometimes, but don't use it with carbonated beverages.
