Mango Lime Sherbet Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Pinch of Salt
  • 6 ripe Mangoes
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 cup Simple syrup

Method:

  1. Purée the mangoes with the salt and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Combine with simple syrup and freeze.


Tip: When ice cream is rock-hard, dip the scoop in hot water to make scooping easier.
