Strawberry Grapefruit Sherbet Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup granulated Sugar
  • 2 pints Strawberries, rinsed and hulled

Method:

  1. Process strawberries, sugar and ¼ cup of the grapefruit juice in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a medium-size bowl. Stir in remaining grapefruit juice until blended.
  3. Serve chilled.


Tip: Place a piece of plastic wrap on the surface of cooked pudding filling immediately after pouring to prevent a skin from forming.
