Ingredients:
- 1 cup Grapefruit juice
- 1 cup granulated Sugar
- 2 pints Strawberries, rinsed and hulled
Method:
- Process strawberries, sugar and ¼ cup of the grapefruit juice in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Pour into a medium-size bowl. Stir in remaining grapefruit juice until blended.
- Serve chilled.
Tip: Place a piece of plastic wrap on the surface of cooked pudding filling immediately after pouring to prevent a skin from forming.
