Papaya shake Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Ice cubes
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Papaya pulp
  • Black Pepper powder

Method:

  1. Combine papaya and sugar in blender. Add milk. Whirl for 15 seconds.
  2. Add ice cubes. Whirl for another half a minute.
  3. Sprinkle with black pepper.


Tip: As an alternative to block ice, prefreeze drinking water or juices in clean milk jugs. They’ll help keep foods cold and provide a handy source of cold beverages as they thaw.
