Ingredients:
- 30 ml Drambuie
- 30 ml Scotch Whisky
- A few dashes of Amaretto
Method:
- Pour the whisky onto ice cubes in a whisky tumbler.
- Float the drambuie on top by pouring it over the back of a teaspoon onto the whisky.
- Add a few dashes of Amaretto.
- Stir and serve.
Tip: Sparkling wines and champagnes should be served thoroughly chilled.
