Whisky Highball Recipe

Ingredients:

• 60 ml Whisky
• Soda water to top up

Method:

1. Place a lump of ice in a tumbler and add the whisky.
2. Top up with the soda water (or ginger ale).
3. Decorate with a twist of lemon peel.
