Ingredients:
- 60 ml Whisky
- Soda water to top up
Method:
- Place a lump of ice in a tumbler and add the whisky.
- Top up with the soda water (or ginger ale).
- Decorate with a twist of lemon peel.
Tip: To counter alcohol's diuretic effect drink plenty of non alcoholic fluids, water or fruit juices. Do not drink coffee as that is also a diuretic.
