Coconut Surprise Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tender Coconuts
  • 1 drop Kewra essence

Method:

  1. Remove water from coconuts.
  2. Break open and scrape the tender malai.
  3. Add sugar and essence to coconut water.
  4. Chill the Mixture well.
  5. Run the mixture in a mixer.
  6. Serve while frothy.


Tip: Dry Ice (frozen CO2 not very cold water ice) is fun to use sometimes, but don't use it with carbonated beverages.
