Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp finely chopped Garlic
- 1 kg Potatoes, cut into wedges
- Chopped Coriander leaves, or Basil
Method:
- Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- In large bowl, toss raw potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes in one layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven, stir garlic into potatoes; bake 15 more minutes.
- Stir potatoes again and bake an additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden. Toss with herbs.
Tip: To Prevent a clogged salt salt shaker keep 5-10 grains of rice inside the shaker.
