Spicy Nuts Recipe
Ingredients:
- ½ tsp Chilli powder
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tsps Garam Masala
- Salt acording to taste
- 150 gms raw Peanuts
- 150 gms raw Cashews
- 150 gms shelled Pistachios
- 160 gms blanched Almonds
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan; cook the peanuts, stirring, until browned lightly; drain on absorbent paper.
- Repeat process with remaining nuts.
- Cook spices in same pan, stirring, until fragrant. Combine spices with nuts and salt in a large bowl; cool.
Tip: If baking powder is not at hand, add a pinch of fruit salt to pakora batter to make them crisp.
