Ingredients:
- 500 gms Curd
- 250 ml Iced water
- ½ tsp Kesar strands
- 1 tbsp Boiling water
- ½ tbsp ground Cardamom
Method:
- Mix the kesar strands with the boiling water. Leave to stand.
- Blend together the yoghurt, iced water, sugar and cardamom powder.
- Stir in the saffron and water mix and pour over crushed ice.
Serves: 2
Tip: Always use very cold ice. Not all ice has the same temperature. Usually good ice looks dry outside, and if you touch it, it will stick to your finger. Bad ice is one that looks wet outside and is dripping from all sides.
