Ingredients:
- Fresh Mint leaves
- 500 gms ripe Watermelon
- 2 cups Pineapple juice, chilled
Method:
- Remove seeds from watermelon and cut into chunks. Put in freezer for 2 hours or until frozen.
- Place frozen watermelon in blender and add pineapple juice, 2 tablespoons of coarsely torn mint leaves.
- Process until very smooth. Pour into tall stemmed glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
Serves: 4
Tip: When adding liquids and ice to crystal, place a silver spoon in glass to minimize temperature change on glass. Remove spoon after filling.
