Ingredients:
- 1 Mango
- 2 Apples
- 1 tsp Honey
- 300 ml Curd
Method:
- Slice the mango in half around the stone and gently remove the flesh. Cut the skin off.
- Peel and core the apple and cut into quarters.
- Put the fruits into a blender with the curd and honey and whiz for 20-30 seconds until really smooth.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
Tip: Always use very cold ice. Not all ice has the same temperature. Usually good ice looks dry outside, and if you touch it, it will stick to your finger. Bad ice is one that looks wet outside and is dripping from all sides.
