Panna Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Kala Namak
  • 500 gm raw Mangoes
  • 2 tbsp Mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tsp Cumin, roasted and powdered

Method:

  1. Boil the mangoes till they become soft and the skin gets discoloured. Remove off the heat and let them cool.
  2. Remove the skin and squeeze the pulp out of the mangoes.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together blend and add two cups of water.
  4. Put some ice in the glasses and pour the panna over it.


Tip: To rim a cocktail glass with sugar or salt, run a piece of lemon or lime around the edge and dip in salt or sugar.
