Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Salt
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Kala Namak
- 500 gm raw Mangoes
- 2 tbsp Mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tsp Cumin, roasted and powdered
Method:
- Boil the mangoes till they become soft and the skin gets discoloured. Remove off the heat and let them cool.
- Remove the skin and squeeze the pulp out of the mangoes.
- Mix all the ingredients together blend and add two cups of water.
- Put some ice in the glasses and pour the panna over it.
Tip: To rim a cocktail glass with sugar or salt, run a piece of lemon or lime around the edge and dip in salt or sugar.
