Ingredients:

  • 2 tsps Sugar
  • 1 Ripe Mango
  • 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt according to taste
  • 2 tbsps Coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 Red Chillies, seeded and chopped

Method:

  1. In a blender combine all the ingredients and blend.
  2. Spoon into bowl and refrigerate.
